Online registration is the quickest and most efficient way to guarantee your place at Camp Fashion Design. We highly recommend that you register online first before mailing in your paperwork. Please note this form must be filled out and submitted by a parent or legal guardian.

Step 3: Print, fill out and sign the 4 Page Registration Form here (Fill this out and mail it to our office).
Step 4: Scan and email to our head office at modelingcamp@aol.com

SESSION ENROLLMENT OPTIONS
All programs have limited availability and are available on a first come first served basis. Please choose your desired session from the drop down menu. All fees are for one complete session. Fees will not be prorated for partially attended sessions and sessions may not be split.
Fees include all regular daytime activities, field trips (if applicable) and lunch each day.
ALL fees are NON- REFUNDABLE.
If you do not see your desired date that is because the session is full.
